I am a Social Worker and Martial Artist. I have developed an anti bullying program for our Youth Centre utilizing techniques and philosophies from the martial arts. This free program empowers young men and women aged 10-16 to challenge bullying behaviours, confront their fears and self confidence issues, and get fit in the process. A $500 voucher @ rebel would allow me to purchase the mits, gloves and skipping ropes required to offer the program to a larger number of kids and local schools.
